About me

Hi, I’m Chris, I was born in 1987 in Germany and I make my living as a wedding photographer. I can be booked for weddings all over New Zealand, Australia and basically the whole world. I’ve been freelancing as a photographer since 2012. I began photography alongside my part-time job, but in 2014 I decided to commit myself full-time to photography. I’ve gathered experience from photographing over 200 weddings during this time. My photos (including portrait and advertising-photoshoots) have been used world-wide in many advertising campaigns, as well as published in numerous magazines and photography press.

I take rather alternative photos, that are nothing like traditional studio photography. Throughout the duration of a wedding, I try to remain as inconspicuous as possible, in order to capture authentic and unposed pictures. By the way: No matter where you are from, what religion you believe in or who you love, as long as you love each other genuinely, I’d be honoured to take photos of your wedding.

Alongside my photography profession, I work as a freelance editor for two German photography magazines and as a freelance Web- and mobile-developer.
